Do you ship around the world?
Yes! As long as the postal system in Australia lets us send it to your location then order away!
How much does shipping cost?
Australia: Parcels under 500g are a flat $10 and anything above that will be a flat $16. All parcels have tracking.
Rest of the world: International shipping charges are dependant on your location and the weight of your order. We have tried to keep these costs as low as possible to be inviting for international customers and take a hit on these orders. We have included options for postage with no tracking and postage with tracking for your choice.
We do always recommend you use the shipping options with tracking as we can not be held responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Did you get my order?
When you place an order you should receive an e-mail confirming and detailing your purchase quite quickly. If you still haven't received this confirmation after 24 hours please check your junk folder and make sure you supplied the right contact information. If you still are unsure after this then please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long does it take to get my order processed?
We will do our best to have all orders processed and on their way to you within 48 hours of you placing your order. As we're a small team, we will let you know in advance or keep you up-to-date if there is a foreseen delay.
How long will it take to get my order?
Australia: Please allow 2 to 5 business days to receive your order from the time you get your shipping confirmation.
New Zealand: Please allow 5 to 15 business days to receive your order from the time you get your shipping confirmation.
Rest of the world: Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to receive your order from the time you get your shipping confirmation.
While we do our best to get your order to you within these time frames, please be mindful we can not be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver for reasons out of our control.
How can I track my order?
If you have selected shipping with tracking you will receive a tracking number for your order when we confirm shipment of your purchase as long as you are in a country where tracking is available. We will let you know who the carrier is and what the tracking number is and then you will be able to follow it on it's merry way to you!
Other points to be mindful of:
All tracking and following up on tracking is the responsibility of the customer and the shipping carrier.
If you make an error with your shipping address for your order and it needs to be resent, we will need to charge you a reshipment fee the same as your original shipping fee depending on your location.
The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.
