What options do i have to pay for my order?

At this point in time we can only accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you want to make a purchase but don't have these cards please e-mail us and we will try and work out another way.

Is it safe to order online from cheapskate hockey?

Yes it is. We take your security very seriously and will ensure all your information is safe and secure.

I've ordered the wrong thing by accident. Can i change it?

Please reply to your order confirmation or send us an e-mail with all your purchase information ASAP so we can try and fix the issue before we get your parcel ready to be shipped. If it leaves us before you get a chance to let us know you will need to read up on our returns/exhanges policy when you receive the order.

Will my order have tracking?

All orders in Australia will be sent with tracking. International orders have the option of being sent with tracking or without tracking. When your order is shipped you will get a confirmation e-mail which will tell you who the carrier is and what the tracking number is. It is then the responsibility of the customer to keep an eye on the parcel and contact the carrier with any queries or concerns. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
